First week of the school holidays done and dusted!
I was very
fortunate that my parents took my kids for the day and overnight, as Thursday
was jammed pack!
First off
I was out to Wakefield to visit the Dietician, and then … hate to say it but I bought
Burger King for lunch with Beer Battered Onion Rings, before Class started at
1pm {thank-you Sue for getting rid of my evidence!!!}.
At the
afternoon Class, we had Sue, Kay and her granddaughter Emma attend, and in the evening
Bev and Jen.
We made
three projects, 2 cards and an “Off The Page” item …
A fortnight
ago we made a gorgeous vintage themed card featuring the “Dress Up” framelits,
and Thursday we made a matching Lip Balm Holder with same cardstock.

For the
cards, the afternoon class made Pink themed cards, in Blushing Bride,
Strawberry Slush and Melon Mambo.
Where as
the evening class made Blue themed cards in Pool Party, Coastal Cabana and
Bermuda Bay.
The Aqua Painters had a real workout making these cards!
My favourite is the card below, I ♥ how the hues of the blues
just melt into each other!

switched hers up a bit, and used her Faber-Castell
Watercolour
Pencils and SU Aqua Painters + Washi Tape, and really went to town!
