I
just sent the below email to Revlon, and their response was for me to call their
Customer Services about this.
The
outcome of the phone call is … well I have used the product, and maybe I should
switch to a different formula such as ColorStay Liquid Foundation or PhotoReady Foundation.
Considering
I spent $42 for a Revlon Foundation, that I reached the bottom of the pan on
the 2nd of usage, I am NOT impressed!!!
This
was a big investment for me, as $42 is allot to spend on a Foundation for me,
as I usually use Avon products.
The email sent to Revlon …
Hi
There,
Last
week I purchased the new Revlon Colorstay
2-iN-1 Foundation {the new one on the market}, in Ivory.
I reached the
bottom of the Compact on the 2nd day I used it!
When I went back
to the Pharmacy, I was told I must be very heavy handed.
I pointed out
{politely} that I am a {former} Make Up Artist, but was told not is these words
though, but tough shit, and was suggested that I buy a MakeUp Brush for the
remainder of the Compact.
I am NOT
impressed!!!
All I ask is
that the makeup Compact be exchanged with a Revlon Liquid Foundation.
I have booked in
with the Revlon MakeUp Artist that is visiting Farmers Richmond late next
weekend {Thursday/Friday/Saturday 31.03.2016 – 02.04.2016}, and can return the
Compact to her then.
Best wishes,
Kathe.
So be warned, if you do decide to outlay $42 for the new Revlon Colorstay 2-iN-1 Foundation, be prepared to flush your money down the sink.

me!
It is going to be a fun night, and oh
so appropriate being April Fools Day!

So anyone that knows me, knows that I
keep my children out of social media, and I don't share photos of them on my
website, or on any off my social media platforms.
So imagine my surprise today when I
received an email from a friend about our daughter today!
I didn't even know she was at Nelson
Intermediate yesterday {my hubbie just informed me that he signed the permission slip for the school excursion}, or even that her photo had been taken for the local
paper!!!

You
may have discovered by now that we have a gorgeous cat called “Dusty”.
Dusty
is a Russian Blue, and is the most gorgeous cat I have ever met!
Since
Dusty came into the family, he gets up to dailyhigh jinks, and terrorizes the neighbours, by leaving wee gifts of
birds in their homes!
Some
of our neighbours even give him treats, and my crafty ladies quite often stop
in with cat biscuit samples they have been given in the “Junk Mail”!
Aside
from high jinks, Dusty’s other occupation is
… sleeping, and he loves to sleep!
Dusty
was a gift from a family, who read online what happened to our previous cat, who
was attacked by 3 dogs, and subsequently had to be put down.
Nike
had been in our family for 23 years, so it was really hard to see her put to
sleep.
I
wrote about the dog attack on Facebook, and a girl {now a lady!} whom I went to High School with
{25 years ago!!! – you do the math!}, read the post on Facebook, and made contact
via a private message, saying that their family would love to give our family a
kitten, as their Moma cat was about to have a gorgeous wee litter of kittens!
We
met Dusty when he was 5 weeks old, and brought him home when he was 6 weeks
old.
As
you may have gathered, we are dotty over Dusty, and I just can’t help but share
photos of his antics! Dusty even has his own hash tag #dusty!
I
just went through my Facebook posts, dating back to January 2015, and this is what I
came up with …
