So sorry in the delay in sending out my Craftin' Newsletter ...

On the home front …

Last weekend I went to the Waimea Old Boys Cabaret and Prize Giving.

My neighbour Jenny from HAIR-itage Studio did an amazing Up-Do with my hair, and I felt like I Looked a million $'s.

Jenny took some photos for her Facebook Page, and she has already had enquires about doing bridal parties.

As a comparison I was photographed at the party, check this out ...

"Cankle Update 12 Months On!"
Now, can you remember my craftin' injury that happened 12 months ago tomorrow?
Well the latest is that I now have a Orthopaedic Surgeon advising {no not the same one the did the "Coccygectomy"!!!}.
This afternoon I had a radiologically guided steroid injection into my ankle. i.e. an ultrasound on my {c}ankle, whilst they injected Anaesthetic and Cortisone.

I now have to keep a daily pain diary for my {c}ankle.

Mmmmmmm ... I say what about the pain the rest of my body!!!

btw ... I always said craftin' is a dangerous sport!

AND ... this photo is 30 minutes old!

There were a couple of new offers in August “Thoughtful Branches”, which is only available through August, unless sold out.   Whoops, I already own the "Thoughtful Branches" Bundle!

And the “Leave Your Mark” stamp set, which is on my Wish List.

Waimea Old Boys Cabaret and Prize Giving 2016 ...

One of my many other sidelines is that I am the "Communications and Technology Officer" for Waimea Old Boys Rugby Football Club Inc. where my hubby is Vice President.

We had a fantastic weekend, including the 2016 Waimea Old Boys Rugby Football Club Inc. Cabaret and Prize Giving Saturday night .:-D
I partnered with the super talented Jenny from HAIR-itage Studio, Jenny gave me this fantastic Up-Do, which lasted till morning!
And to top it off, Sunday morning, had my very first "Brunch" with my hubby at The Styx Nelson, with guest speaker from the Cabaret, Hugh McGahan, and wife Julia.:-D

AND ...Check this out, me 2016 V me 1992!!!
Yup, that's 24 years ago!!!

Crafty News ...

Hi There My Crafty Friends,

First off, my heartfelt apologies for not having sent the June Newsletter earlier.

Have been a tad poorly, but I try take every day that I am given, and to make the most of each day #winning!!!

Some exciting things of late …

Ø  Last week, I was a guest speaker at the Nelson Womens Institute.

Ø  I wrote last months Garden Club Newsletter, which was rather thrilling as I had only been a member for a month!!!

Ø  I have appeared on the Richmond Mall Facebook page twice this past week … cringe!

Ø  Last weekend {Sunday} I attended a photo shoot by Jessica Shirley, and watched Ange from “Beauty By Angela” apply the Makeup, and Ema Soole do the Hair. I felt super special as Ange had done my makeup at 8.30am {yes you read that right – I was actually awake at that time!!!}, before the shoot, the model was Ling and she looked super beautiful.

    

So exciting that the new Catalogue started on the 1^st Of June.

Crafty News ...

Hi There My Crafty Friends,

Can’t believe how fast the past 3 month have flown by.

I would like to thank you for your support and encouragement during Sale-A-Bration.

If you missed out on the "Pedal Pusher" and/or "Sky Is The Limit" stamps sets, I have a couple of stamp sets still available for $20 each.

I welcomed to my Team the "Heritage Crafters" {as I live in Heritage Crescent!}, Aleisha, Deepika, Janette and Margarette, who have all taken up the amazing Sale-A-Bration offer, with a home shopping account.

Aleisha and Deepika will be based in Auckland, and I am sure they will get together to do some craftin', as both ladies love to craft!

The article was forwarded on to the Nelson Suburban Club by a member of the Garden Club {no not me!}, and has since been sent out in a Newsletter to all their members, AND is also on their website!
