Heading to
sunny Nelson this Summer for your VaCa, then you just have to visit “Nook Design
Store” …
Recently I was
in town {Nelson} doing errands, when I parked outside of “Nook Design Store” in
Trafalgar Street.
Having not
seen this shop before, I was drawn inside by the elegant and welcoming store
window.
A great store
window increases traffic flow, and new customers, and wah-lah, as in my case, I
parked outside of the shop and the gorgeous store window enticed me inside!
When I walked
into “Nook Design Store”, I found it a welcoming haven, and filled with many
lovely goodies.
Owner Kerri’s has
a knack for sourcing quality unique objects from New Zealand, and around the
Globe, that will enhance your home or office space.
Kerri welcomed
me, and greeted me with such warm and enthusiasm.
Kerri has such
beautiful blue piercing eyes, and immediately I felt a kinship.
We talked about
the Summer weather, and her gorgeous earrings, which were handmade by a local Artistisan.
The “Nook
Design Store” website, www.nookdesignstore.com , is really easy to follow, and has
gorgeous piccies of Nook’s range of quality
unique products.
Kerri has
created 5 main products lines, which are “Living”, “Storage”, “Bath & Body”,
“Jewellery & Bags”, and “Décor & Audio”.
I love the “Home”
page, as it showcases many of the unique items that the store has to offer, BUT
it also shows Nook’s “New Arrivals”, AND Nook’s Instagram feed, of beautiful snapshots
of the store that Kerri has taken, love, Love, LOVE!!!
My favourite
items are the Leather Tasselled Bracelets ...
And the range of New Zealand artworks, especially this one entitled
“Native Flower Fern” ...
